recover imessage

i deleted a message thread that i want to retrieve. I dont have a mac or ipad and I dont want to reset and restore my phone. Does anyone have an ideas on how to do this?

Delete a message or conversation

When you delete a message or conversation, you can't get it back. So make sure that you save important information from your messages.
