Recording the wet signal while using Bias FX

Hi all,

I'm quite new to LogicPro and I'm currently working through all functions. I getting along quite well, but one thing I couldn't figure out. I'm using Bias FX 2 as Audio FX unit as PlugIn and in some cases it's a good idea, that when you record a track the effects are not on the track, it's still the dry signal and you can change things in Bias FX 2 afterwards - disadvantage: you always have to engange the Bias FX PlugIn on the track. Sometimes I'd like to record the wet signal fix on the track, so that all FX is unchangeable on the track and there is no need to engage Bias FX 2 in the track while replaying it. Short: I'd like to record the wet signal on the track. No clue, how it works.

Any idea?

Thanks Christian

Two ways, 1st one little used.

Go into the Mixer Environment, you are going to create a new "Input" channel Strip. You can create as many Input Channel Strips as you have Inputs on your interface. No matter what track you select to record on as long as the Input for that track is the same as the the Input channel strip. Then you can setup the input strip with whatever effects you want and they will be recorded.

The other way is to select "bounce in place"
