My Apple Watch no longer displays or controls songs from Spotify.

I've had this issue before, I would try signing out of your Spotify account on your phone, and deleting the app from your Apple Watch through the "Watch" app on your phone. Then, sign back into your account on your phone, and re-install the app onto your Apple Watch. Your controls should now be restored :D.
