Apple Watch can’t update

Hi my Apple Watch has stopped updating at OS4.3.2. When I check for updates, it says it’s up to date. I’ve powered off and on, reset and unpaired to iPhone. I have an iPhone X and have updated to most recent IOS and restarted phone too. Can’t seem to trigger watch to update

If you have the Original Watch it cannot be updated beyond Watch OS 4.3.2.
