Automatic iCloud backup

Where in Settings can I create an automatic schedule to do iCloud backups?

There isn't an option to create a schedule but you can turn on automatic backups at Settings > [username] > iCloud > iCloud Backup. It will then backup automatically as needed while charging if it is connected to wi-fi and locked.
