FaceTime is not working

I’ve purchased my iPhone 11 max pro from Dubai. But I’m living in India.. how can I activate FaceTime in my phone?

Facetime on iphone 12 I bought the iPhone 12 UAE version and currently using it in Pakistan. However, after several attempts trying to activate facetime using different methods. It is still not activated. I also contacted the network provider but there was no issue from their end and I also tried to call apple support many times in Pakistan but its not reachable. Please advise. Thanks. Usamah.

You can't. iPhones originating from the United Arab Emirates won't have it anywhere outside the Middle East.
