how do i merge two apple id accounts into one
I have an Apple Id for my phone and MacBook Air and an Apple ID for Itunes and App Store. Can I merge the two into one Apple ID without losing all of my music, photos, etc.?

You can't merge Apple IDs. You can try setting up Family Sharing between the 2 IDs if you want to be able to share purchases made with the IDs.
