iPhone X swipe up function unresponsive
i am trying to figure out why after the IOS 13 update, my swipe up function is not working after I unlock my iPhone.

I have restarted multiple times and have had no luck. The swipe up function works in order to unlock my iPhone but once in the interface, I have no register of the swipe up function.
Make a genius bar appointment with Apple for an evaluation.
They have diagnostic tools and can tell you what options you have.
