restored phone from mac, lost everything

Can anyone help me to recover all the data from my phone. I wanted to import latest photos of my son; when I connected phone to mac it asked me to restore my iPhone, so I did and it has reverted back to 2016. I have lost all photos of my son. As well as a lot more info. Is it possible to undo this restore?

Phone reset I plugged my iPhone 11 into my Mac computer to charge it. Thinking I was doing an update, I blindly reset my phone all the way back to 2016. Is there any way to recover? Especially my photos?? My photos did not transfer to my computer, as far as I can tell and the cloud thingy was full so nothing backed up. I am technically challenged so I have no idea where to start. Thank you!!

Lost data on IPhone XR I was trying to sync my IPhone to my ITunes, as I hadn’t done it since getting a new phone. The prompt on my Mac asked if I wanted to list as new phone or restore previous uploads. Well I clicked on restoring previous, and now my iPhone has lost all photos, text msg’s, etc. all the way back to 2018. My question is, is there a way to restore what I did, or am I just out of luck?

Data Recovery I recently upgraded my iPhone 11 to a 13. When I did my data transfer/back up not all of my photos went with it. We wiped my old phone to send back to Verizon. Is there a way for me to recover these photos? I see a backup of my old phone happened and its sitting on my new phone, but I can't do anything with it.

No. What you have done overwrote storage so there is no way to recover now.
