iPad requires being restored over and over

This iPad constantly states that it is in recovery mode and then after many tries of restoring it, it finally works, only to be found in recovery mode again perhaps days later.

At this point, you need to make a Genius Bar appointment at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider to have them take a look and provide you with your options.
