Ipad pro in recovery mode

I have a problem with my ipad pro, It is always in recovery mode, If I use Itunes to restore, it is possible, when it is restarting i get the same message all the time.

"iTunes has detected an iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTunes."
