My seagate HD will not function properly with Catalina
Seagate Drive is not working with updates OS Catalina 10.15. any solutions to have it compatible . import data on drivers!!!!

You should not need drivers for an external drive of any make. Time Machine and popular backup app like Carbon Copy Cloner do not need them, and third-party external-drive software tends to negatively affect Mac speed and, sometimes, stability.
That said, Seagate, not Apple, is responsible for updating their software to stay abreast of OS changes:

Ask them if they have made the software changes that Catalina requires.
