any quick solution for iOS 13 update stuck at “estimated time remaining” and “update requested”??

If you are attempting to update over the air, see this for troubleshooting, Get help with over-the-air iOS updates - Apple Support
If you continue to have problems, then connect the iPhone to the computer with the latest version of iTunes and update that way. Make sure that you have stable wi-fi, and it doesn't hurt to have the iPhone connected to power.
