My iPhone 6 it’s blocked now

Hello.I have problems with my I phone 6 SN : F1****5MT, which I bought in NY, Apple Store, in 2015 Roosevelt Field. My son change the password and forget it, then he tried to reset iPhone in iTunes , but there is a mistake it’s something wrong,it’s blocked. It’s written : . Can you help me. My name is Spys Olga, in this Apple Store I bought IPad Air, iPhone 6 and recently iPhone 8plus, but in my iCloud I can see just IPhone 8plus and IPad

It is clear from the picture that the Apple ID you are trying to use is nothing like the Apple ID that locked the phone. That blocked out email address should give you just enough information for you to remember the full email address of the Apple ID that is being used by that phone.

But I don’t remember email address of the Apple ID that is being used by my iPhone. I set it almost 5 years ago and I never used this email and I don’t remember it now. What could you recommend me in this situation.

Thank you for your answer.If I couldn’t find a receipt, can Apple company get this information for my credit card visa, I payed in the Apple Store my credit card for this IPhone in 2015. My name Spys Olga

If you cannot remember the email address that matches "m????????@1???????.com", your only other option is to bring your phone, your receipt and your photo ID to a Genius Bar.

I don't know if Apple can find the record based upon your credit card statement. Does your credit card statement show your phone's serial number?
