What are the MacBook requirements to work with Sidecar?

I have an iPad Mini (5th generation), and a MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015). Sidecar does not appear in my System Preferences window. What are the system requirements for the 2 devices?

MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.15

And yes, I have followed all instructions, such as updating to the latest releases on both, both are signed in with the same apple id, wi-fi and bluetooth are both turned on, and the devices are on the same table, next to each other.
