My watch won't update because there is not enough available space. It says to remove some apps via my iPhone. I go to the watch app on phone but don't see how to remove apps from watch. How?

on the bottom of the watch app on your phone goto the section
Installed on Apple Watch and tap on the app, the next page there is a toggle
show on Apple Watch, toggle this off for every app you want to remove.
It does not delete from your iPhone, just on the Watch

"Installed on the Apple Watch" should be the section just above the Available Apps section.
Nevermind. I restarted watch and phone and the storage is cleared up. There was an update stored on it that did not clear until I restarted. I will try the update again tonight.
I don't see any "Installed on Apple Watch" section at the bottom. I do see "Available Apps" with an "Install" option next to each one. I have not installed these on the watch.
