Can’t download anything

says my account is disabled in the app and iTunes store and I don’t know how to fix it or why it is

Contact iTunes Support in the country where you live (and which is therefore the country on the account) and see if they can/will re-enable it : If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes’
