Apple watch activity not showing on iPhone

The activity tracked on my watch stopped syncing / showing up in my iPhone 3 days ago although nothing seems wrong between the two. Any ideas what may be happening?

I fixed it by closing the Activity app in the watch (using button bellow the crown after opening the app). Closing the Activity app in the iPhone and restarting both, the watch and the phone.

Finally after that it synced again.

Try this;

Activity app on iPhone not working fix

Close the Activity app on the iPhone

On your watch: go the Home screen

(single press of the Digital Crown) and tap on

the Activity app icon (coloured rings).

Press firmly on the screen > tap on Change

your Move Goal > change the goal.

open the app on the iPhone ... should be fixed hopefully.
