Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you’re having trouble playing a song within a playlist. I’m happy to help. To start, I suggest the following:

If you have problems playing music in iTunes on PC - Apple Support

You may also want to delete the song entirely, redownload it, and then add it back to your playlist.

Redownload apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books - Apple Support
