iPhone 6s Can't Be Updated to iOS 13

I'm trying to download iOS 13 for my iPhone 6s. I've backed it up twice now, and still shows that the current software, 12.4.2, is the latest, and I cannot download iOS 13. I've had other issues with this phone, my messages are not typed out is the big thing. Anyone have similar issues?

Are you sure you have a 6s and not a 6+? iPhone 6s and 6s+ devices have an S inside a rounded box below the Apple logo on the back of the device. Also, in Settings | General | About, "Model Name" will say "iPhone 6s" or "iPhone 6s Plus".

If you do have an iPhone 6s, I would recommend visiting an Apple store or your cell phone company's store for help. If you don't have an iPhone 6s, 12.4.2 is the newest version of iOS that will ever be offered to your phone.
