Playlists in new Music App - MacOS

I have about seventy playlists which happily sync across my iPad and iPhone and until recently on my Mac. Since upgrading to Catalina, none of my playlists show. Even if I try to create a new playlist - I can search for a song, right click and "Add to Playlist" is not there.

My Account shows that I am currently logged into Music.

If I email myself a link to a playlist, it opens in a web browser but I cannot save it or move it to Music on my Mac.
