Pop up window with new Catalina

I also have a pop up window that says- "mds" cannot be opened because the developer cannot be verified. When I try to move it to Trash I get a new pop up that says- Could not be moved to Trash. Please move this to the trash manually. I dont know what this is or where it is? Help

I'm getting the same error, but my filename isn't "mds" it's "therkkin".
