I have a trouble with Catalina 10.15.6. Danger warning comes out

When I delete this files I can click "OK" button and window is closed. But after few minutes this dialog show again

1) Uninstall Symantec. This **** offers zero protection and in fact lower than zero, as it may conflict with the security built into the OS.

2) Check the suspected adware files in the report and follow the instructions to remove them, if that is the case.
