I can't find or remove this? “spchlpr” will damage your computer. You should move it to the Bin.

I removed "spchlpr" by uninstalling my Norton Anti-Virus software and reinstalling it. The pop up stopped coming up
“spchlpr” will damage your computer. You should move it to the Bin.
