Logitech slim combo not working properly with ipadOS

It seems to be a problem with the top right of the keyboard where they keys seem to be functioning as mouse controls e.g I is up J is down.

reportted this on the beta but did not get a resolution, have turned off the beta profile and no joy.

connectors are clean, have also tried restarting several times and checking alignment.

the keyboard was new but I did not use it before updating to beta so not entirely sure if it is an issue with the new OS or not, need help?
