my iPod 6th generation won’t update to iOS 13

When I try to update my 6th generation iPod to iOS 13, it says that my software is up to date using iOS 12.4.2. Is there an update for my iPod to ios13? Or will there be in the future?

No. The sixth generation iPod touch doesn't have enough RAM to run iOS 13.
