since ios13 my iphone 10xs keeps losing wifi and phone data even when the phone indicates i have strong signals in each. If I restart the phone it works for a while, but loses access to the internet soon.
Im having to write this on a very old iPad. What do I do. I am running iOS 13.1.1.

If I understand correctly, the iPhone loses Wi-Fi and cellular data even with a strong signal. This can be caused by wireless interference. Are you being disconnected from all or only one Wi-Fi network? There are a couple things you can try that may be able to help. I would recommend you read these articles and use them to help troubleshoot the issue.

It appears that resetting the network setting may have solved the problem. I guess I'll know in a day or two whether the fix is permanent.
