Apple Music - Fails to load after installing iPad OS 13.1 iPad mini 4

Apple Music app fails to load all/some of my playlists after I updated my iPad mini 4 to iPad OS 13.1. Also, touch selection seems to stop working as well during this time.

If the Music App isn’t responding

Make sure your iOS software is up to date it’s at 13.1 now

Close the music app- How to force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch: https://support.apple.com/en-ca/HT201330
in Settings- General - Reset - Reset Network Settings
Restart your iOS device (until the Apple logo appears)
