I am unable to view documents in my Files App. I was wondering could it be because I deleted an App off my Iphone that it needs in order to open any of the documents? I have a 8plus
I open the Files App and I can see all my documents, so I click on the document I want to open and all it says is loading but it never opens. I am going to go back and take a look at the Apps I deleted so I can let you know which ones they were.
I had an ios 13.1 update and now everything is popping up. Thanks Phil for responding!
What happens when you open the Files App exactly?
What App did you delete exactly?
Its unlikely deleting an app would cause this.
Depending on the format of the file and the size it may have trouble opening them.
Does it not open any files?
Have you tried to reboot the iPhone?
