It happens to me too. Im using XR bought last year Nov 2018. Im using iOS 13.1.2 now. It drops from 100% to 98%. I checked last week it was 100% battery max capacity.
I update iOS 13 in my iPhone XS Max my battery heath drain 99% to 96%
