iOS 13

I have an iPad Air 2, which is supported by iOS 13, but for some reason, my iPad didn’t receive the iOS 13 update. When I go to my updates, it says my iPad Air 2 is updated and has 12.4.1 . Please explain to me how I can update it to iOS 13

The new version of iOS specific to the iPad has not been released. It will be released for compatible devices on September 24th.
