Lost Iphon XR cant Access the FIND my phone App

i lost my iphone XR and am trying to find it by going to the FIND MY PHONE App but i think its not on my phone because its not showing it is there anyway i can access the FIND MY PHONE App on a computer and activate it so i can find my phone please help?
