iPod 7th Generation won't update to iOS 13

Towards the bottom of the page, look for the heading iOS 13 is compatible with these devices. Under that heading is iPod Touch (7th generation) **.

The asterisks are listed at the bottom of the page, where it states Available 24th September, 2019. Have you found it?

The iOS 13 update is not available for the iPod Touch until 24th September.

GIve it time and try later. Apple’s servers are always hammered when new iOS updates come out and sometimes it takes a bit for them to realize just what device can get the update.
