How to keep photos/videos on iCloud after deleting them on MacBook/iPhone

Hi I would like to save memory on my MacBook and iPhone .

Mia it possible to delete photos/videos from my MacBook/iPhone and still have them on ICloud ?

Basically I want to keep photos and videos only on iCloud without having them on my MacBook.

You can't do that. iCloud is not a storage, but a sync tool. Once you delete a photo or a video on one device, it will be deleted everywhere.
