my question is that my apple watch series 3 watch screen has cracked and popped off around the edges due to unknown circumstances

If you have Apple Care+ or it is still under warranty you might get it repaired at a reduced price. If not, here is what it costs to repair it in the United States.....https://support.apple.com/watch/repair/service/pricing
