Downloaded songs to phone

I subscribe to Apple Music, and I download the songs to my phone. Next time I open the Music app to play them, the cloud is back next to every song, seemingly indicating that it needs to be downloaded again. It has happened over a dozen times so far, does anybody have an answer?

Sign out of the iTunes Store and then sign back in.

In settings - Music - Turn off iCloud Music Library and then turn it back onand Turn on “Show Apple Music”


Check other settings:

Settings > Music > Optimize Storage and be sure the option to Optimize Storage is disabled - if you don’t want this 

  • Also check if you have enough storage space:
