my phone is saying “no service” and won’t let me update my phone because, they’re saying I am not connected to wifi, but im connected to wifi and I can’t make any calls or receive any calls.

My phone keeps saying searching I tried everything but sometimes when I switch it off then on it works after a while or few days it says no service then it comes back later
