Lost contacts

I have the same problem. I followed the instructions and it didn't help. I am now on the phone with verizon. They can't seem to figure it out either. Now, on hold and waiting to get an apple support person on the phone with the verizon tech.

I have lost many of my contacts from my MacBook Air but still have them on my iPhone6. I use Time Machine and iCloud. How do I restore my contacts across my devices? What could be the cause of the anomaly?.

try iCloud.com/Settings using a computer browser and go to Advanced at the bottom left. Access Restore Contacts.

Over half of my contacts have disappeared from iPhone . How do I retrieve them?
