iMessage

I can't activate IMessage

the problems with mobile connections no, tried to reset network settings to sign out and then sign in Apple ID, reboot phone

all to no avail

many times tried to activate, but not is obtained

See this for troubleshooting iMessage activation, If you get an error when trying to activate iMessage or FaceTime - Apple Support including contacting Apple Support if necessary.
