My Iphone has been disabled whilst I was trying to upgrade my Icloud storage. It's now come up with the error message 'Iphone disabled, connect to Itunes' When I plug it into my computer / Itunes, It still doesnt register it and doesn't connect. How can I get back into my phone without loosing all my photos & videos?
If your computer's iTunes isn't recognising it : If you see the Connect to iTunes screen on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
try : If iTunes doesn't recognize your iPhone, iPad, or iPod - Apple Support
The phone is disabled, so you will have to reset it back to factory defaults, you can then restore to your most recent backup
