Charged for no reason

iTunes charged me $83.99 yet I haven’t purchased anything. I tried calling but it didn’t work. How can I get my money back??

Same thing for me. Same exact amount.

tech support wanted the credit card number (the entire number) as it's the only way to see the issue, according to the rep, which was odd.
