Unable to receive/send emails

My email is not working I cannot get or send messages through email. How do I fix this issue?

Restart your device, try on wifi or cellular data.

Delete and reinstall the mail account.

Contact your mail provider or look at their support site.

Tried support chat and waited almost an hour and haven’t got anywhere.
