I can not update my Mac I downloaded Mac OS 10.14.6 in software update page in setting but it say "An error occurred installing the update." so what should I do?

I am downloading this file and I will update it by that and thanks for your help and another question is that how can i delete pervious update that downloaded from setting ?
my Macbook is 128gb and I need to delete all junk files
