disabled iphone help

iphone is disabled connect to itunes......... how do i fix as itunes wont recognise the phone when plugged in iphone 6s plus.

Make sure you have

iTunes version 12.8.x or later for Mac or

iTunes version 12.9.x or later for Windows.
