Finger ID Passcode Problem

My finger ID passcode option stopped working after I got my screen fixed on my iPhone 6s and if I were to look up a previous back up, will it come back then to work?

Probably no, because Touch ID is not a software.

Did you fix your iPhone at Authorized service provider? Bring your iPhone back and tell them that they broke it.

You can ask, but don't hold your breath. There is a very good chance you'll be turned away. The best case scenario is they will charge you to replace the display and home button with legitimate Apple parts.
