Can’t change country or region

I can’t change the country or region in the App Store. it is written that this function is possible after canceling the subscription of App Music, I canceled this subscription.

Or you can try contacting iTunes Support to see if they can end the subscription/help you change regions. Either use the form or scroll to the bottom of the page in the 2nd link. Follow through the screens to get a chat or telephone option.  You may need to pick a problem that is slightly different than yours to get a chat option.
