Hi! My name is Tom and I live in Latvia. So in my country we don't have any real Apple stores and it's very rare to find any apple watches. I was wondering if I can buy apple watch from another country and use it in Latvia. Also will everything work in the watch (like calling and texting)?

A GPS only Apple Watch will work anywhere your iPhone will work. A GPS version can do everything the cellular model can do as long as your iPhone is nearby.

But a Cellular Apple Watch needs to be supported by your iPhone carrier, and there is no Latvia cellular carrier listed as supporting the Apple Watch
