Do you have 2 factor authentication?

if yes - enter the password then the verification code :

For example -

password:abc

verification code - 123

you need to type - abc123

2nd Gen Apple TV My Apple TV that I've had for a couple of years, logged out of my last account and I don't remember the password and iCloud so I've had my iCloud ever since I got my new phone and I tried logging in my iCloud account and it said the password was wrong. I changed it a couple of times because it wasn't working. The last time I put it in with correct password and iCloud account, it said it was unable to sign in. It's telling me to go to the support but there is nothing to find related to my problem. I don't know if it's because it's an older TV or something else.
