Can I use my macbook pro 15 inch 2019 charger to charge up my 2015 Macbook.

I have lost my 2016 MacBook charger. I have a 2019 MacBook Pro 15 inch one too. Is it possible for me to use the MacBook pro's charger to charge up my MacBook? I am aware it isn't a good practice, But is it possible to even charge it up in any emergency?
