Unknown charges
For the last few months there is a $2.99 I know nothing about.
It might be any one of a number of things: $2.99 is the monthly price of 200GB of iCloud storage - did you purchase that? If so you can downgrade it to the free 5GB level. Please see Downgrade your iCloud storage - Apple Support
